The device measures 163.9 x 75.5 x 8.9 mm and weighs 183g. the body and body frame are made of plastic, while the front is made of glass. Too bad the handset is not waterproof and does not have a display protector. At least it has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Display

The Tecno handset features a 6.56-inch waterdrop notch display with 720 x 1612 pixels resolution. The IPS LCD Display has 480 nits peak brightness, which is average but decent enough for required functionalities.

Camera specifications

The selfie camera consists of a single 5MP Camera with LED Flash. With 5MP, you will get the job done, but Tecno could do better. The primary camera consists of a dual set-up of a 13 MP, (wide), AF+ QVGA. A dual LED Flash and HDR give you options when taking photo shots. Besides, the main camera is capable of taking 1080p videos, which could be handy as you party, work in the office or are out on a long safari and need to capture moments for memory’s sake.

Tecno Pop 7 Pro runs on Android 12, HiOS 12 OS. You are assured of decent performance, with the Pop 7 Pro, which is powered by a MediaTek MT6761 Helio A22 (12 nm) chipset, Quad-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU, and PowerVR GE8320 GPU.
